Compulsive jump/jetting between buildings

This jumping during chat is almost as big a mystery as the fact that if you're ever building something, SOMEONE will be jumping on it.

Whenever I talk to someone in game (which is 100% of the time since I never get the creativity to build on public servers) I usually find myself either standing in one spot, looking one way for like 2 hours, and it's usually somewhere high.
Either that or I just run around jumping on and off stuff, jumping over things and making up little gaps.

It is just finding something to do while waiting for a reply, since when you get talking, you lose consintration on building.
