Packer, it's not like you can kill an ubercharged medic either, so I don't see your point.
Yes but you can run away, crits however nail you with 2 shots and you have a pretty low chance of doing anything. Not to mention the other classes like demo man, 1 crit from a demo can do extreme damage to a large group, 2 would just make every explode. Also, if you getting shot you loose health but its not like you instantly die so its like trying to kill some one who can 1 hit kill you every shot and you have to shoot him 5 times dodging hits bullets.
My Point, Crits are more powerful then Ubers.
