lol, im 15 geting my PERMIT not LICENCE, so i got specific hours i could only drive in and i need a guardian (with a valid LICENCE) to be on the passenger.
BTW: In America, people born on the year 1992 and beyond, you will not be able to get a LICENCE earlyer then 18. Not even if you got your permit on 15 and drove for a year
