I always wondered why you are hostile against Cube; care to explain?

Also, id Tech 3 sounds like something I might use, but I still might shop around a bit more.

I've only ever played Sauerbraten, but I heard Cube sucks as well.

Anyway, I hate Cube 2 because the editor is horrible, the graphics are bad, AI is nonexistent, the menu is gay, the textures are gritty, and the weapons don't feel right.

I'm now kinda wanting to start making a FPS
I'm thinking of modding HL1 but i think i might also try ID Tech 3
(note this is a solo project, no friends :( due to the fact that my friends don't even know that a value is :o )
(also if i mod HL1 it might kinda be like SMOD for hl2
