Heals on click. But if you ctrl+w it and it hits someone, they heal.

pill doesnt heal you if you come in contact with it's thrown out model. you only pick up the pill fi you touch it. bascially same thing excpewt if yiu have full inventory then  you cant pick iy up. lol my fingers are cramped up

No, if you throw the pill at someone he/she gets healed if she took any damage

Or if you throw it and some hurt guy picks it up

You throw it with ctrl w and they can pick it up. Only other people.

Yes it does. I recall scripting that as a specific feature.
