I made a GLaDOS But it is not very large like the real deal, also includes events

It is OK
But just use the portal gun, and build everything else, and i used the weighted cube as her core and it worked fine,   Just do what i did

Yes, It's outdated AND the portal gun was a mock-up done with Adobe premiere or something.
