Cool idea, and is technically a "toejam and earl" style weapon since the chickens in the game are armed with tomato guns.
Maybe they should all be made for Blockland...
There's the regular Tomato, thrown by hand.
There's also a Tomato Slingshot and of course the Launcher.
So we got the Launcher down, and Crasher might be working on the Tomato - If you are, thank you.
To whoever writes a script for the hand thrown tomato: When you throw the tomato, make it more of a firm, slightly arching toss rather than a baseball pitch. Give it SOME speed though, enough to wear it looks like it'd hurt if it hit you. I think the arch would look neat and add a little challenge to aiming at someone in the distance. But you'd also be able to hit people from below a build or structure. For example: You're armed with tomato, fighting someone who just flew atop the fridge on the kitchen map. You fly halfway up and toss a tomato up and over popping him right in the head, an around the corner frag. Can you picture it?
