They had old LEGO minifigs back in the alpha of Blockland (v0002), but Badspot removed them because they were infringing copyright, and LEGO could press charges if they wanted to.

You see, once Badspot sold it, he had to remove LEGO junk, so, in the free version he was allowed to do that, I read about this stuff, so stop thinking such odd stuff.

I dont mean to sound mean but, didn't Badspot get sued for making RTB with the lego minifigs? I just wanted to be sure cause there was this video of a guy that made a game WIP and one of the comments said:
"Be careful, you dont want to make it look to much like legos. Badspot got sued for making RTB like that."
I dont know if he was telling the truth but I dont know if he was lieing ethier.

It was free, so yeah, he wasn't sued.  Also, it was v2 that had LEGO junk, RTB was a mod for it, and will always be a Blockland mod, not a game.

No sense in suing someone with an adverse income at the time, unless you have a really good lawyer, get a really bad judge and gamble they are going to make lots more later.
