I have mixed feelings. I would get it through the orange box for the 360 if your computer isnt the greatest, otherwise, just buy the orange box or hl2 for pc in a store, but you will probably have to link it to a Steam account anyway.

  Tell your parents that Steam is by a real company, and is legitimate, it's fine.  Garry's Mod is not a retail product, download only.

Marcem means that GMod isn't a game sold in a box in your EBGames or whatever, you have to download and buy it online like Blockland.
