Doom wasn't about being scared, it was about you being a kick-ass space marine who wasn't afraid of anything who would blow the stuff out of everyone.

and the loading times in DooM3 where to long for me

The graphics in this game are amazing, the sharpness of the sprites and the awesome realism of the weapons and enemies just make it one of the greatest games of all time, easilly rivalling Crysis.

i got the collecters edition of doom 3 for xbox which includes doom and doom 2, once i completed doom 2 i completly forgot about finishing doom 3 :D

Yesterday I was doing Doom II CO-OP on Skulltag, Google it and get the latest version plz then we play.

I has Skulltag... but just FreeDooM right now, gonna get that DooM pack off of Steam tonight maybe..

edit: owow i cannot believe i forgot to list the Hi-Res texture replacement pack in the OP :O added, its a must have
also you can use the ZDooM version with skulltag

GZDooM is the best. It's ZDooM and Legacy mixed into one. I know people hate Legacy for whatever reason, but ZDooM is dominant, so whatever.
