super admin and admin crowns next to name?

hey guys, can someone make a mod that when you make people Super Admins it would have a crown picture that looks like the gold crown on runescape that jagex mods have, and for regular admins.... theyd have a grey crown next to their name. Heres some pictures for example like when you talk youll have the gold crown next to your name when ur SUPER admin and if ur just ADMIN then u have a silver crown next to your name! super admin's crown here....
