No not at all. It is just a stero-type that the higher the id the more likely said person is a noob.

you people lack basic logic. if someone has been in the olympics for a year (say around a 3k ID?) then someone who just joined (5K) is going to be drastically less experienced. you can't just, say, pick up a guitar and immediately start playing eruption or crazy train.
