night vision

I already know about the night vision that rkynick made and I thought that I could be modded so if its enabled everyone in your view sort of "glows" this would be the effect of real night vision and It dosent seem to difficult.

here was the original night vision thing (ignore everything except the night vision files in the add-ons/client folder)
