None of the existing chat bots have been released, and as far as I know, none of the developers of said chat bots have plans to release(or at least, I don't, and it seems unlikely that anyone else would).

Well, the console bot is closed beta. Totally buggy as hell. Also, I think I found a safe copy you can use.

The only chat bot i've ever seen is the one I made back in RTB which you could actually have an intelligent conversation with, to an extent. Rkynick made some boring bot that responded to set phrases like "I love you" to which it would reply "Me too!!" or something. Thats hardly a chat bot.

It records things people say and tries to emulate the conversation. The main problem is people spamming ;D :D:D:D: and lol which really messes with it. I started to add more to it(i.e saying something relevant >.>) but stopped to work on other stuff.
