I highly doubt you'd move out of your chair to do anything except go to the bathroom.

Besides, proxies are not 100% fool-proof. If you do something serious enough, police can track down the Proxy, demand information on the IP that accessed the proxy to access the SE site, and then track you down. Sure, you won't get caught if all you're doing is bypassing some blocked pages to look at research or getting around those pesky school web-page restrictions, but that's just because no one gives enough of a stuff to look into it.
