Probably was not your mom because it asks you if you're 18 instead of blocking you off. Contact your ISP tomorrow and try to get it cut off, or just deal with them monitoring you. I'm sure my ISP has lol'd at some of my torrents.

Virizon kicks ass. As far as IP tracking it takes people to someplace around Kentucky.  It is fast as hell and no filters or anything. They do not bother to even ask about what I do.
