Me, as an Atheist, believe there is always a greater power. That doesn't mean it's god. But it's just a stronger being/thing/force/whatever.

This is called being agnostic.

You are agnostic.  Atheism is the complete lack of belief.  It is the inverse to theism, which is the belief of some form of higher being.

I don't read well.   :cookieMonster:

I bet most of the people who said atheist/non-religious are actually agnostics.

Being atheist is perhaps the greatest display of faith in a person. I mean, it's easy enough to believe in a heaven, in right and wrong, in some greater truth that supposably gives us everything in return for nothing, but to accept that very little in the this world can be explained to a good degree, and that there will always be mysteries to be solved is an act of courage.

However I realize that many people do need something to believe in and I suppose things will remain as they are in that regard.

Being atheist.....accept that very little in the this world can be explained to a good degree

i thought atheism was believing that you COULD explain anything. as religions take away the need to explain things.

Atheism for the win? Even once they first told me about Santa I was sceptical.

Just for the heads-up, if you have put Chuck NorrCIAm or Sony Fanboyism I would have picked one of those in an instant.

You say "What is your religion" yet the poll options are the words for those of that religion. EG: Instead of "Christianity" it reads "Christian" except for Creationism.

What about branches? I'm pretty sure Catholics, Methodists and Protestants don't want to be lumped together.

I don't believe in god or anything else, although I am half Jewish and I do tend to spend my money carefully :3

I am Christian, but Satanism should be on there because it's technically a religion.

Also, why does it say "Jews" up there? Judaism is the proper term for the religion.

Although I did edit it in about two hours after I posted it.

The topic title is what is your religion.

But look at the Poll's subject.

"Which are you in?"
meaning
"Which group of people are you in?"

Catholic and slightly religious.

By that I mean I praise god, but I don't stone a woman for cheating on her husban. :/

Then why is creationism individual?

Add Shinism, just for Young Link.
