What game should I get?

I have 60$ (walmart only, don't you just hate gift cards?) I will probably get something for the 360, most games are so high requirements lately its not even worth it. I already have Oblivion and Halo3. I was thinking about Assassin's Creed or GTA IV but I'm not sure, discuss. I don't have Live right now by the way, so if you are going to tell me to buy it just for the epic online play don't bother.
