Bumpzor. I got it! I got a question i'd  like someone to awnser, i go in servers.. and see rainbow lines flash across the screen.. Why?

Like.. Its just a red transparent part in one corner, then a cyan one somewhere else, and it switches through colors..

Not on mine, but on most all of the other servers i've been on.
