Author Topic: Exercising for Football  (Read 3492 times)

Its almost football season and my mom just told me on my YIM, she is at work right now and said I should exercise for 30 minutes a day, I just did the performance on the treadmill( which is the highest you can run) for about 1 minute, the rest was about 4 minute 5 mph at a high incline. I just jumped awhile ago for 5 minutes without stopping, so 20 minutes to go, tomorrow I will work on arms, maybe I will get the legs again. I am sweating alot.  It is not fun to exercise like that, I'm out of shape lol.

I can't do any of that stuff. ;_;

Why do you need to exercise for football? Especially someone of your age.

Reactor Worker, 20 push ups GO.

Its tackle, and anyway last year I barely exercised, and I was about to die, I'm taking an hour break. You need alot of exercise, it kills but it does help.

Oh, football as in.....
forget you Americans.

I think cardiovascular activity would be better, besides, as it stands (or sits XD) I can't do a push up.

To the gym! (my face twirls towards the camera like in the old batman show)

I was a good player last year, but I lacked arm strength lol. I played defensive end, it was fun. Oh yea I have only played 2 years, this is my 3rd.

Its a mix of rugby and Football( or as americans call it Soccer).

im not really a sports person, but i do think futbol is WAY gayer then football

A few months ago I started doing 30 push ups and 30 sit ups a day. Its not much but doing it on a daily basis helps keep my muscles toned up stopping me from looking like a flabby weakling. Daily walking to and back from college keeps me at a decent fitness.

I'm not really into sports though, but I do I like Bolling.

Now that you've exercised, and really got your heart pumping, go reward yourself with some brownies and pork rinds  :cookieMonster:
