It really doesn't matter where you live.. Blockland is an online distribution, meaning that it applies anywhere there is an Internet connection.

Internet releases can be constrained by area, using IP address information. This is easily spoofed, though, VIA proxies and such.

With that being said, I don't think Badspot restrains releases like that.
