Major problems, to simply put it, it needs to be done properly and more professionally.
- The grid is Way out of wack
- Some of the pieces are deformed
- It needs a type of flip pieces so you can do both eyes etc
- Does not export with transparency making the program pretty pointless
- The Drag to delete feature is quite annoying, it should be right click like tails said
My suggestions is make a solid grid, one with options of the grid size with options of how many pixels is a grid block. If not make the grid very very small and detailed. I had allot of problems with the beards going though the mouths. Another thing is the pieces themselves, I would recommend when you spam them they go to there origin such as the mouth spawns where the mouth goes.
Its a good idea, it just needs to be done properly with allot of care.
