Looking to buy or build a new computer

I am looking to buy or build a computer with a budget of around $700. I want a decent graphics card, at least 2 gigs of GOOD ram, 250gb -320gb hardrive and a intel core 2 duo dual core processor. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
