It's alright.  It is quite hard to make a gas station look realistic, especially with the pumps.

I like it! It looks just like a lego set, with the size and the ramps leading off, rather than part of a BL city build.

Like Falcondude said, I like it because it looks like a set, it's a lot better than most builds I've seen but it's still a bit plain and lacking.
No for now but you could always work on it and re-apply, we take all applications (Dippy/Snipe N Hippies :P).
