Need a "Under Age" Clan

I understood the post and I read it only once.
What he is saying, is that there needs to be a server for all the kids to stay in, so they don't come into our servers saying "OGM YOU SWORE THATS BGAD!!!!!!11 :cookiemonster:"

If you have an "Under Age" clan then everyone in the clan will screw it up.
Like... The sun imploding from the inside. Starts from the center then spreads out until its just utter chaos.
Like.. Say you had 50 Elmosyous-es in a clan, then what?
It would kill itself in less than a day OR it would die a slow chaotic death.
