BB was for ambushing not w+mouse1-ing towards other players, he had even more hp than the soldier and was faster.

If you W+mouse1 towards other players then you are a terrible pyro. You have to catch them when they aren't expecting it and then twiddle around them if they try to shoot you, you might even want to go for an axe kill. If they start running away then pull out your shotgun and finish them off.
Don't be persistent though, chances are he'll die before getting to a medic, so be careful of other enemies around you.

I w+mouse1 toward players at a short distance, towards people from the side, and from the back. Everything else is ambushing.

I hate the BB so much, its as bad as a exploiting spy. Instead of FACESTAB its FRONT CRITS, who needs any skill we you can crit people 24/7. Also I do love how the distance on the flame can be exploited to be 2x longer, that's just brilliant when you're 20 meters away shooting them and they BB crit kill you.
