2. A gas mod, using the cash mod. Making it so you have to buy gas to make the car run.

How about an All-In-One RPS Mod? Gas, Money, Jobs, Buisness, Police Force. Whoever does it should look at TnB RP in Garry's Mod...

Note: If you install it wrong it wont work.
You should look around on youtube to find a video on how to install add-ons if you don't know.
Also, this uses the default color set, with the clear paint being at the end of transparent.
