Is there life after death?

It seems to me that Iban's post have turned from defending his own belief to attacking Christians. I'll kindly ask you to change directions.
Oh, that's right. I forgot how hard you thumped bibles. Ha ha.

Don't.
The louder you scream the more horny I get.

As much as you might think you are, you aren't bothering me. I've heard it all before. All you're doing is throwing childish insults around. If anyone looks bad here, it's you.
Hate to burst your bubble, Buttercup, but I'm long past the point of caring.

As am I, sweetheart.

Wow, another debate which has skewed towards a flame of religion, atleast I'm not responcible for this one. The Bible can be used to justify almost any argument, but if you look up existentialism you can see there is more to the Bible than meets the "stubborn" eye. I wouldn't keep poping-up if people would just keep an open mind to one of the two only non-manmade religions.

As for the life after death debate, I believe that the energy in our bodies reunites with the infinite universal energy which we come from as we enter reality. Iban brought up a good point in terms of Metaphysical Subjectivism. Reality is just what we percieve it to be, and many people have been able to rise above it. Also, everything I have experienced in reality (mostly in terms of the 5 senses) I have also experienced in my dreams. So, reality is just a sophisticated dream, and I think the afterlife is the real reality. But, that's just my two cents.

All religion is man made, Ghost. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure it would just be a cult.

Ghost wtf, how can a religion be non-man-made?

He seems as if he knows what he is talking about.  Maybe we could ask him to elaborate.

Ghost, could you elaborate?

Obviously, the Christian belief comes from God. That is not man-made. If you have faith that Jesus was real and what he taught was real, you know that this is not something man simply created.

Do not tell me that Christianity is fake. Do not tell me God doesn't exist. I know what you believe already, so arguing with me is pointless. You will not change my mind or my heart. Unless you have more to add to what I said, do not quote or reply to this, as it would most likely be an insult. If you're just looking for another argument to start, go elsewhere.

Too bad, I replied anyways.

I'm not the kind of person that likes to change others unless they have some problem like drugs or addiction that is bad for others around them and themselves.

I like growing up in a family that has freedom of choices(that don't put our life in the crapper though). We have 4 Agnostics and my mom is idk. She grows up in Baptist family but doesn't go to church so I don't really know what religion she follows.

There's a whole stuffload of stories about "ghosts" "spirits" "apparitions".

It might be possible that there is an afterlife, but it could also be a load of crap.

I agree partly with ghost. Human intelligence is simply a series of electrical impulses that continue until a human being meets its operational limit(maximum life expectancy is programmed into our DNA) or is otherwise terminated by natural or unnatural means. Human beings are simply cells in a larger earthly organism collectively known as "humans".
You have no more chance of an afterlife then one of your dieing skin cells in my view. If these impulses could transfer to another state, the only particle possible I can see that could make this possible is the graviton, the particle proven by sub-atomics to cause gravity. This is because it is the only particle within the third dimension capable of transferring between higher and lower dimensions, and as such is the only universal force. However, human science can be flawed, and therefor shouldn't be taken as word.
