No. Don't do that unless you're a master at using it.

Even so, don't use it to resize things. I suggest paint.net.

i made mine and packaged mine but it just shows up blank heres how i packaged it

If you're making faces/decals, don't include a Description.txt or Server.cs file. That just bulks the archive size. If you're making Prints, you have to include those two file I just mentioned.
For the Server.cs in the prints, type:
Code: [Select]
//do nothing - print loading is handled automaticallyAnd then save it as "server.cs" while the selection "All Files" is selected.
For the Description.txt, type:
Code: [Select]
Title: Title Here
Author: Your Name Here
Type something describing the add-on here.
You don't need any special saving with the Description.txt; just save it as a text file.

I use notepad.

You didn't really answer me though.

I didn't meant what to put into the .cs file. I meant how do I create it in the first place?

I can't rightclick|new|cs file, because it isn't there.

But anywhoozle*, thanks for trying

Best thing I can say is to make your decal in Paint.net. Then you can adjust the canvas size to be 512x512, then resize the picture to 64x64 when you finish.
If you were referring to the decal icons being 64x64, I think that they need to be 60x60.
