I wasn't really sure where to post this (or if it's already been posted by someone), but the below image is an exact to scale representation of the player's chest UV mapping. I use it as an overlay when I'm making chest decals so I can see exactly what will be shown on the players model. Edit: Weird, left bottom corner is a bit off. It's exactly right in blender, oh well. You get the point.

My faces are always showing up in the edit apperiance menu but half of the time they turn to random default faces in game.
Same here. I don't know what to do.

Does anyone else find that when making faces, the face seems more zoomed in once applied to a Blockhead than in the image editing program?
