Computer is custom built, bump, this problem was fixed at one point when I realized the drivers on the disc that came with my graphics card was outdated, but it came back.

So changing the graphics settings in game doesn't fix this? Some graphics card drivers come with control panels, you could try there... You could also check for an even more up to date driver :D
