What will make blockland run faster

I'm getting a new computer in oct. I need to know if more ram and a 2.4ghz processor will make it run faster.

RAM is cheap now, as are many decent graphics cards.

Other ways to improve BL performance....

Lower settings in "Video Options" to the performance side of the slider.
Turn on Vertex lighting.
Play BL at a lower resolution.

Any of the cards on that list will also "Kick Blockland's ass". There is even one for $84!

I'd recommend the 9600GT over the 8800GT in this case because the 9600GT is cheaper, runs cooler and performs almost as well as the 8800GT and you really don't need that extra margin of performance for BL.

It really depends, but most likely not. The main problem is having the right slot on your motherboard, but you also need to have enough room in your case to fit the card (they are quite large). They also require a decent power supply to run them, most prebuilt PC's won't have a PSU suitable for a dedicated graphics card.
