Personal Messaging

A simple Add-On to allow players to send personal messages to anybody on the server, with a few editable preferences.

Usage
Type /pmhelp in game with the Add-On enabled for instructions:

To send a personal message to somebody, simply type:
(Prefix)(Part of recipient's name) (Message)
Example:
!Bob Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit.

(The 'prefix' is one of the editable preferences, and is ! (exclamation mark) by default)

well with fooly's mod you can type /whis playername message without the other person needing the mod only the server needs it

It seems obvious that this mod couldn't do that, although TBM used IRC in regular chat to communicate with other servers.
