I cant believe the title isn't self explanatory.
From my experience, neither onBotTouch or onPlayerTouch will allow a vehicle to activate a trigger. Obviously, this needs to be reprimanded.

I'm fairly certain you're going to need an engine change for this one, boys . . . unless you do something really, really hackish.

Space's events could detect vehicles...

No, you wouldn't.
All the water bricks do is make a physicalzone, which Badspot modified to allow them to act as water.

Could you use wheeledVehicle::onCollision and check for a brick or does that not return fxDTSBricks?

onCollision doesn't get called when a vehicle hits a brick.

Space's events could detect vehicles...

Yeah, probably because they were doing hackish scheduled box searches or raycasts or something like that.

To have this work properly, you'll need engine changes.

Trader is correct, oddly enoughlol. Badspot himself told me that it would require C++ Engine modifications.

Wah-wah-wah.

Yeah, Space Guy used a 10ms (I think?) repeated check of a box slightly bigger than the brick.

I wasn't sure if the onCollision included bricks in v9.

Yeah, Trader; all that JVS modding was just luck, putting in random words, right?  :cookieMonster:
