Dedicated Mini-game

Is it possible for someone to create a mini-game that can be made dedicated even if the creator is not in the server? Also, I would prefer this to be a super-admin only function so noobs don't spam dedicated mini-games on my server.

I tried making one of those long ago in V8, but it was really glitchy and crashy so I never used it.  I think it would be a good thing to have something like this built in, though.

I need this as well. In v8 you could use TDM to do this, but nowadays, this can't be done.

Whenever I leave a mini-game open, it stays, but the "use all players' item" function seems to become disabled. (Item spawns say "not part of mini-game").
