Nope, as long as you still have your email you bought it with you can send a key request. THEN you write it down.

or take the key.dat file from the first and place it in the new blockalnd folder

or go to support and enter the email you used for blockland. thats what i do, although i really should save it so i dont have to keep doing it over and over again

Yes.
If you don't want to lose the save files, then create a new folder and put the files in it.
