The gui expands to the list.

that would be a installation error.
Place the .zip in add-ons. No extracting...did you do that?

So if we want to change the rules, we have to extract the zip, change the file, rezip it, and put it back in add-ons?


Seems like a lot of work that could be avoided by putting the loving rules.txt elsewhere.

Also, I wouldn't keep the rules file in the zip. It's better to keep it in the 'config/server' folder for organization purposes.

With 7zip you can open files, chainge, and save without extraction. Just open the .zip in 7zip and double click it to open/ right click and press open.

@Lance: No he has his own internet server and URL so he likes to host his own stuff. You only need to use one.

I am a little disappointed,  I couldn't fit much text in the cramped window.

I don't see why this is advanced rules. Its just rules in a gui.

Make it so, when it runs, if the file "base/config/server/rules.txt" doesn't exist, it creates the file (write the default rule set to it), and then loads from the file in future.
