I can't duplicate the crash.  If someone could post their console log after the crash that might be helpful.

How to fix crashing:
Repack them all into one file?

whenever i try to start my server it goes to my CPU homepage so i cant play BL anymore.......i hate you

What? That does not even make sense... CPU Hompage? Do you mean it over loads your ram? erm that is kinda impossible for these decals to do that, You must be installing them wrong.
I installed them and they work FINE.

I just started a game with no add-ons except for the prints on, and it worked without any problems. This leads me to believe the prints will crash the game if a certain add-on is turned on.

Erm no you left some Vehicles that look wrongly installed on...

If something looks wrong, then it probably means that the add-on was incorrectly packaged. I've never had a problem with installing add-ons incorrectly.

It works fine. The prints apparently won't work with another add-on.

Uninstall these and it should work fine.

Yeah, I don't change anything when I save an add-on.
Also, I deleted the three add-ons you mentioned and it still crashes. Here's my console:
