Personally I believe the word can mean absolutly anything. People seem to use it just about anywhere for any reason. Whether you're better, worse, stupid, intelligent, rich, poor, etc.

7.Why do my applications never get acepted??
-They aren't accepted because they aren't good enough. Keep practicing and get better.
8.Why do people talk crap to me when they dont know me?
-Lots of people do this, deal with it.
9.How come I get Kicked or Banned froms servers?
-For annoying the host or other admins.
Try not asking 50 questions, especially these two: "Can I have admin?" "Can I load?"
Try not spamming, or making lone spawns (a brick by itself for only the purpose of spawning something.), or lone events (commonly refered to trap events, however, these are just one [Or many, still not resembling a build] brick sitting on the ground.)
10. Would you ever consider Joining my clan??
-No, I prefer not to join clans.
