I heard a few people talking about how they wanted a 4x4x4 water brick so I made this. If you would like any other types of bricks, feel free to suggest.

Just place it straight into your Add-Ons folder. ("Blockland Directory/Add-Ons/*Place Here*)
Then tick it on the add-on menu before starting a game.

I believe what he means is if there was a water brick any smaller then this, noobs could spam random water bricks which are physic bricks, and they lagg like hell in large amounts :/

Destiny next brick you should make is arch bricks and the fence from old rtb the poles.

The reason why there is an 8x8, and a 32x32 is that they join perfectly. If you use the swirl effect on a 32x32 water, it'll turn into 16 8x8 squares of swirl effect. Badspot did this so they'd match, and I'm quite sure that these won't match the water effect on existing water bricks.
