add ons and mod ideas

i really wanna see a gas mod that you have to have cash mod for and cars wont run on empty you have to pay for gas, beer, food, pop, and all of them leave from your inventory when drunk or eaten, a pop machine thatll vend out an actull pop addon if you put in the set cost.
