Does anyone know how to edit character animations for Team Fortress classic? I just want the Medic's third person medkit animation look like he's hitting someone with it, like the crowbar.

I believe something like that you can change in the .qc file, but i'm not 100% sure.

You'd have to decompile the model, edit the animations, then recompile.

I fix Sven co-op player models with broken animations, which is why I'm partially thinking that it is just something you can edit in the .qc.

Where would I find the .qc file?

You have to decompile the model via milkshape, or something like it.
