The stuff? I believe Gamecube can run it aswell, if you looked at all of it's games, you'll know it can.
And HL1 doesn't have extremely detailed models, mostly textures.

R4 used to be the best, but there's some scarcity problems. (I do have one, though.)
Currently the best is the cyclo ds. Regardless, this guy is too much of a forgettard to figure out how to operate one, so I might as well not be talking.
