Like,you have a rod and ya,you get bait ( as an item,) and ya, hold and release the left mouse button and wait until you have a bite.

And have the fish you catch be like the pill and give you either 20 40 or 60 more heath deppending on size of catch.  Also mabey make it so you can fish in any water/water brick?
