It a wrench event that makes you tiny, you have to change your scale to -200
and the spy button is for all the admins, you can watch everyone while they're building, so they wont do anything you don't like.

This will go perfect with my mini starship! The scale is a bit larger, though (.3), but I think it would be cool.

In addition, someone should make some mini vehicles. Small cars, planes, helecopters, etc. built for .1 scale people! That would be AWESOME! Especially to ride at full size!
