Perhaps you should all read the ToS.
By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the services.
Let me sum that up, if you don't get it:
Anything you upload to the internet has no copyright. It belongs to Google and they can do whatever they want. Your history and bookmarks are known to Google and they have the right to release them to anyone they want, quite publicly, and legally you can't do stuff because you said yes. Anything you do or say with Google Chrome belongs to Google and they can do whatever they want with it.
So I recommend we all stay away from our 'favorite' sites, eh?
