Ah okay. I found him by accident, on my way to Mine Field. I never use any form of guide or help, and I don't ask questions, I figure out everything in the game. This is also why I never completed some Prince of Persia game I had for the Wii, got stuck and refused support. How about everyone else?

I have been playing for 8 hours and have come across about 6 or 8 sidequest, yet in oblivion I can play for 6 hours and get over ten of them :/

It is also a bitch to get around in D.C, and the lack of towns is amazing.

Nukes = kill people

Radiation = Kill people

Mutants/Crazy Monsters = Kill people

No drinking water = Kill people.

You should be shocked theres any towns at all x.x

Alien Laser is the best :D It took less than 2 minutes to vaporize all the residents of megaton with it.

I started doing the main quests again and finally got the damn power armor training from the citadel place.

Now I can wear the T-51b suit I found.  It's amazing.

I found the Medic Power Armor... it gives me Med-X's randomly when i need it and stims when i get low on hp.

Dunno, it's near the republic of dave, theres a bunch of Deathclaws surrounding the place, it's under the city, well it's kinda a town area i guess.

k, is it hard to find?

it's underground... just search all underground, and no not really it's on the floor like in the center of the room/hallway.

It's the only silver power armor in the place.

It also talks to you... don't know if all armor is supposed to do that.

But the Deathclaws are hard as hell..
