A few things you should work on.

 - Make your walls interesting. Flat boxes are boring.
 - Make your BUILDINGS interesting. Every building in this is made up from huge boxes of, once again, flat walls.
 - Put stuff in your buildings. It looks kinda boring, walking into a huge room and seeing 2 beds.

keep giving it detail and make sure that you give it some life.
