Yeah, why the forget would they test it when they are almost sure the word would end?

That's the thing, they're almost positive that it won't happen. Besides, if a blackhole were to be created, it would only last for milliseconds. If more than one were to be created, they wouldn't be able to combine. Black holes only shrink in size, never go larger. This is a discussion topic >.>

This is funny, I was having the exact same conversation with a friend at school today. I actually told him the same thing SuperSnake just said; that if a black hole were created, it wouldn't last long enough or be large enough to do significant damage.

I'd laugh if we all survived to end up in an alternate dimension and it was exactly the same.
(coughXencough)

And no, the LHC isn't going to kill us all. Stop complaining about it, I agree completely with entrepreneur in. Why the hell would they test something that they know will kill us all?

Plus, if you haven't heard, Gordon Freeman is working at the LHC.
(Some post in drama I don't care to find)

RObLOX had the same threds!
wow -_-
this is kinda funny xD

MIGA STORE THE ICING JUST IN CASE!

MIGA STORE THE ICING JUST IN CASE!

I already have it in another universe using the Quantum Storage Device!
Wait---OH forget
THE DEVICE IS TELEPORTING ITSELF WITH THE ICING
YABBA

For a sense of drama and intrigue, and the fact that whenever I see this it will make me laugh.

I hit your Quantum Storage Device with a crowbar and it explodes.

If you think the Large Hadron Collider will destroy the world.

You are an idiot.

It's a very big particle accelerator. There's a bunch of ones already made, and they haven't destroyed the world, so there's no reason to care about a new, bigger one.

Does this look familiar:

LHC, you say?
Wrong. It's the Tevatron Hadron Collider, a smaller version of the LHC. It's been running since 1987. The world still exists. The LHC will not destroy the world tomorrow. It's more likely for Riddler to come back from the dead on a T-Rex and kill all the human race and then for a meteor to finish the job.

Fun fact: Your CRT monitor is actually a very small version of a particle accelerator.

Mine too, but I didn't write this, a friend did.
