My balls have finally healed completely, there is no sign of them ever being purple.

Now I got a sinus infection, and the whole left side of my face hurts. :(
Halp/what2do.

Humidifiers and salt-water sprays. Dry-air heating systems and air-conditioning can cause sinus membranes to dry out, crack and become vulnerable to irritants, inflammation and infection. Keeping a humidifier running in your home and office or using an over-the-counter salt-water spray (inhaled through the nose) five or six times a day can provide dramatic relief.

What's an "over-the-counter salt-water spray"?
Just water mixed with salt?

Pretty much. Although I'd recommend sea salt. It's available at any grocery store. Put in a teaspoon per 8 ounces of water and let it steam in a bowl. Place your head over it with a towel covering your head and the bowl.... ????....Profit.

Needs more iodine.

I'm not sure, but I think over-the-counter is what we Brits say instead of Store-bought.

I remember doing that once, it's just plain annoying.

Also, I just went outside and holy crap was that a bad idea. For some reason going outside opened my left nasal passage and now it feels like the inside of my nose is being eaten.
